Assign Learning to Organization Units |

In TRACCESS, you assign learning to Organization Units and Organization Units contain Employees with a common learning objective. In order to assign learning Processes you must first create the Organization Units and the Processes you will assign to them.
To assign Processes:
Open the Organization Manager The Organization Manager allows you to create and add employees and Org Units in TRACCESS. The Organization Manager tree displays all of the Org Units and Employees in the system. The Organization Manager is also where you assign learning to Org Units..
Highlight the Organization Unit.
The Assigned Learning for that Unit will appear in the Context view.
In the context view, click the Assignment Details tab.
Click the Assign Learning button.
The Assign Learning for <Organization Unit> dialog appears.
Check the Process Set or Process you wish to assign to this Organization Unit.
Click OK.
