In TRACCESS, Organization Units consist of Employees with a common learning objective.
Employees have access to their learning Processes A logical grouping or set of Sub Processes and Tasks that represent and provide learning for a specific skill set, typically a job position. Processes include all skills and knowledge required to competently and safely perform a job. through the Organization Units that they belong to.
In TRACCESS you can custom-build these structures and match Organization Units to Processes.
Employees
are assigned to...Organization Units
...which have Processes assigned to them.
(Processes cannot be assigned directly to an employee.)
You can create, modify and view Employees and the Organization Units they belong to in the Organization Manager.
