CAM is a four phase project management methodology developed by TTG over the last 30+ years. CAM is grounded in project management principles. The process is a disciplined set of activities and tasks that allows our customers and TTG to successfully design and implement any form of competency or knowledge transfer project.

The four phases of CAM are:

• Initiation

• Requirements Analysis

• Implementation

• Deployment

Each of these phases builds upon the previous to ensure that financial, process, and innovation steps are carefully aligned. TTG brings templates and experienced consultants that will provide our customers with greater efficiency, effectiveness and consistency in achieving corporate competency and knowledge transfer project goals. TTG provides project managers, competency and instructional design staff, and subject matter experts for the industries we serve.

TTG will work with companies to determine the scope of the project and our role within it. TTG has performed as the leader and manager of an entire project and as a contributor to a small part of the puzzle. All roles on the continuum between leading and supporting are familiar and comfortable to TTG.
