Maximum Reports per Employee
- once a Report Template has been created, the result of generating a
report template is considered a report. Setting
a maximum report number per employee minimizes the size of the database,
and prevents excessive information from accumulating. For
certain individuals, (i.e., Employees with Reporter roles), you may want
them to be able to have more reports than the maximum set here. To
increase this number for a particular employee, use the Reports Override
field in the Employees Properties.
