Set Qualification Dates

To Set Qualification Dates for an Organization Unit and a Sub Process
  1. Open the Organization Manager.
  2. Select the Organization Unit.

The Organization Unit context view appears on the right.

  1. In the context view, select the Assigned Learning tab.
  2. Select a Process to view it at the bottom of the context view.
  3. Click on the "+" next to a Process name.
  4. Right-click on a Sub Process and select Set Qualification Dates.

The Set Qualification Dates dialog appears.

  1. Select the employees and the tasks to set as complete.
  2. Check the components to set as complete (Knowledge and/ or Capability).
  3. Next to the Knowledge and/ or Capability fields, click the Date... button.

The Calendar appears.

  1. Enter the date(s) for the component(s) completion, and click OK.

The dates appear in the Dates field(s).

  1. Click OK.

When viewing an entire Organization Unit, you will never be able to see status information of its members.  The tasks will always appear white.  Selecting an individual employee whose tasks you have just set as complete will display the tasks as black.

To Set Qualification Dates for an Organization Unit and a Task
  1. Open the Organization Manager.
  2. Select the Organization Unit.

The Organization Unit context view appears on the right.

  1. In the context view, select the Assigned Learning tab.
  2. Select a Process to view it at the bottom of the context view.
  3. Click on the "+" next to a Process name.
  4. Right-click on a Task and select Set Qualification Dates.

The Set Qualification Dates dialog appears.

  1. Select the employees to set as complete.
  2. Check the components to set as complete (Knowledge and/ or Capability).
  3. Next to the Knowledge and/ or Capability fields, click the Date... button.

A Calendar dialog appears.

  1. Enter the date(s) for the component(s) completion, and click OK.

The dates appear in the Dates field(s).

  1. Click OK.

When viewing an entire Organization Unit, you will never be able to see status information of its members.  The tasks will always appear white.  Selecting an individual employee whose tasks you have just set as complete will display the tasks as black.

To Set Qualification Dates for an Employee and a Sub Process
  1. Open the Organization Manager.
  2. Expand the Organization Unit and Learners heading to view the individual employees.
  3. Select an employee.

The Employee context view appears on the right.

  1. In the context view, select the Assigned Learning tab.
  2. Select a Process to view it at the bottom of the context view.
  3. Click on the "+" next to a Process name.
  4. Right-click on a Sub Process and select Set Qualification Dates.

The Set Qualification Dates dialog appears.

  1. Select the tasks to set as complete.
  2. Check the components to set as complete (Knowledge and/ or Capability).
  3. Next to the Knowledge and/ or Capability fields, click the Date... button.

A Calendar dialog appears.

  1. Enter the date(s) for the component(s) completion, and click OK.

The dates appear in the Dates field(s).

  1. Click OK.

When viewing an employee, the tasks you have just set as complete appear black.

  1. Open the Organization Manager.
  1. Expand the Organization Unit and Learners heading to view the individual employees.
  2. Select an employee.

The Employee context view appears on the right.

  1. In the context view, select the Assigned Learning tab.
  2. Select a Process to view it at the bottom of the context view.
  3. Click on the "+" next to a Process name.
  4. Right-click on a Task and select Set Qualification Dates.

The Set Qualification Dates dialog appears.

  1. Check the components to set as complete (Knowledge and/ or Capability).
  2. Next to the Knowledge and/ or Capability fields, click the Date... button.

A Calendar dialog appears.

  1. Enter the date(s) for the component(s) completion, and click OK.

The dates appear in the Dates field(s).

  1. Click OK.

When viewing an employee, the task you have just set as complete appear black.
