Interpret TRACCESS Today

Selecting View/ TRACCESS Today from the main menu takes you to the TRACCESS Today window. The layout of the window depends on your role assignments:  only employees with Learner roles will see the My Job Summary section.  TRACCESS Today is where Employees will check for company news and updates, and for any critical or newly modified tasks.

Elements on the window:

• Go to TRACCESS button – returns to the main TRACCESS view

• Schedule button - opens your Occupational Development Schedule

• My Job Summary

• Critical Tasks – opens the My Job tree to the particular critical Task

• Saved Assessments – opens a particular saved assessment, and allows you to continue the assessment.

• TRACCESS Tasks Symbol Legend – opens an html document

• Qualification Summary

• Quick Links

• TRACCESS News

A System Owner determines the content that appears in the Quick Links and TRACCESS News sections.  This is accomplished by selecting Tools/ TRACCESS Today Settings from the main menu.
