When looking at the properties of a Task, you can only see the Task's current status.
This history is Employee-specific. If a particular employee completed the Knowledge component of the Task, this detail will be reflected in their Task History.
The types of Employee-specific changes that are tracked in the history are reflected by colour changes. For example:
White Task to Black Task - Incomplete to Complete
Black Task to White Task - Complete to Elapsed or Failed
Black Task to Red Task - Complete to Revised
Please Note: The only colour change, and therefore the only Status History change, that is not possible is White to Red (Incomplete to Revised). A Task must first be completed before a revision can be recorded.
The Task history can be seen both by an employee of their own Task in My Job, and by a Supervisor of a Learner's task in the Organization Manager.
