View a Capability Assessment

View a TRACCESS Capability Assessment

1. Open My Job.
2. Expand the Assigned Processes to view a particular Task.
3. Right-click on the Task and select View Capability Assessment.

The TRACCESS Capability Assessment appears.

View an ASSESS Capability Assessment

1. Open My Job.
2. Expand the Assigned Processes to view a particular Task.
3. Right-click on the Task and select View Capability Assessment.

The ASSESS Capability Assessment appears.

As you will notice, accessing a TRACCESS Capability Assessment and an ASSESS Capability Assessment follow the exact same steps.  There are a few ways of distinguishing the differences between the two:

TRACCESS Capability Assessment

• is in checklist format

• once a Supervisor has completed a TRACCESS Capability Assessment for you, you can view the completed form by accessing the Status History, selecting the appropriate line item, and clicking View next to the Show Capability Assessment field

ASSESS Capability Assessment

• is in question format (i.e., The employee has demonstrated ... - Yes/ No, or The employee has demonstrated ... - Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree)

• once a Supervisor has completed an ASSESS Capability Assessment for you, you can view the completed results using the View Coaching Report option.  This option will only be active if a capability assessment has been completed, and is in ASSESS format.
