There are several types of general images that you may wish to change, to more adequately represent your company. These include:
Login Background
Blank Employee Picture
Help About Image
Report Custom Image
These images can be changed for each installed language. In other words, English/ French/ Spanish/ Thai, etc can have their own images. If you change the images, there is no button to reset to the defaults. However, the default images have been provided as a link on this page.
Please Note: Simply logging out of the application, and logging back in will not reflect the changes. The application must be closed completely before the changes will be reflected on screen.
Each of these images has its own specifications, and things you may wish to watch for.
The dimensions of the login background image must be 682x330 pixels. If a larger image is inserted, it will be cropped. If a smaller image is inserted, it will be tiled.
The dimensions of the blank employee picture are 150x200 pixels. If a smaller image is inserted, it will be stretched to fit the width of field. If a larger image is inserted, it will be compressed to fit the width of the field.
TRACCESS CI does not have a default Blank Employee Picture.
The dimensions of the Help About image are not as set as the Login Background, although there are still things to watch for. The default image is 360x60 pixels. The space provided on this dialog allows for an image up to 470x70 pixels. If your image is smaller than the default, the image will be centered in the space provided. If it is larger than 470x70, the image continues to overlap the dialog, but can only be seen beside the field containing the version information.
The dimensions of the reports header image must be 191x41 pixels. If a larger image is inserted, it will be compressed to fit the width of the field. If a smaller image is inserted, it will be stretched to fit the width of the field.
This functionality is reserved to the System Owner only, due to its significance to the functioning of the application.
