The main purpose of a Requalification Report is to obtain information on which Tasks are going to reach a status of About to Elapse or Elapsed by a certain date. This would likely be used by Training Coordinators as a tool in the planning of future courses.
As with the Task Completion Report, this report can become both wide and high. It is for this reason that the Requalification report is generated directly in Microsoft Excel. The division of pages became too difficult seeing as many tasks and many employees can be selected for this report.
