Add a Permission Set
- Select Tools/ Role Permission Sets
from the main menu.
The Role Permission Sets
dialog appears. 
- Click New.
The New Permission Set dialog
appears.
- Enter a name for the new permission set.
- (optional) If you have
any other language packs installed, enter the translation of the permission
set name.
- Click OK.
The New Permission Set dialog closes, and focus returns
to the Role Permission Set dialog, with the new name selected.
- Select the desired options in the Property, Report and
Function Permissions tabs.
- Click OK.
