My Job - Task

When an individual Task is selected in the tree, the context view displays all of the different properties of the Task.

Context View

• Task Status Icon and Task Name

• Description

• Status - this box will only show the properties that apply to the particular Task. For example, if a Task only contains a Knowledge component, the Capability information would not appear.

• Prerequisites

• Resources - all of the resources that are assigned to the Task are listed here.  This is the default tab that is displayed.

• Task Notes - this tab only appears if there is a note attached to the Task.  The note is for information purposes only.

• Training Information - this tab only appears if there is/are training information values attached to the Task.  The tab is for information purposes only.

• View Capability Assessment

• View Coaching Report

• Request Capability Assessments

• Take Practice/ Final Knowledge Assessments

• View Task History

• Add to My Schedule

• Launch SCORM Resource - clicking this button opens a dialog which allows you to launch the SCORM resource in one of two ways:  in Review mode (does not record any attempts at the final assessment which is similar to taking a Practice Assessment) or in Credit mode (records each time the resource is opened as an attempt at completing the resource which is similar to taking a Final Assessment).

Right-click

• Right-clicking on the Task in the tree gives the same options as the Context View buttons.
