Every role has access to the same Bookmarks menu.
Add Bookmark - calls up the Add Bookmark dialog, and allows you to name and store your bookmark in the desired location. If you do not choose a particular location, it will be placed in the root of the Bookmarks folder.
Edit Bookmarks - calls up the Edit Bookmark dialog, and allows you to create new bookmark folders for storing your bookmarks, move existing bookmarks, and delete bookmarks.
