Send a Message
- Open the Organization Manager.
 
- Expand the Assigned Organization Units to view an individual Employee (Learner or Management).
 
- Right-click on the Employee and select Send Message.  
 
The Select Recipients dialog appears. 
- Check the recipient of the message and click OK.
 
The To... field is now populated with the recipient's name.
- Enter the Subject and Message body fields.
 
- (optional) Check Forward a Copy to Me to have a copy of the message sent to your e-mail as well.
 
- Click Send.
 
A message will be sent to the address entered in the employee's profile.
