Configure Training Information

To add Training Information property values to a Task

1. Open the Process Manager.
2. Expand a Process Set, Process, Sub Process and click on the desired Task.
3. In the Properties section, access the Training Information fields.

4. Enter the appropriate values in the fields.

Please Note:  You do not have to enter Training Information values for all three fields under a Task, nor do you have to enter Training Information values for every Task.

Also, by default the Training Information values are displayed using 2 significant digits.  This is to accommodate for partial credits or hours.  For example, Tasks that can be completed in 1 hour may only be worth 0.25 credits.  When the Training Information Report is displayed, it removes the extra zeros.
