The TRACCESS Today page can serve multiple purposes for employees. It acts as a company "bulletin board," informing employees of company news, updates, URLs, or for any critical or newly modified tasks.
You may see TRACCESS Today when you login, or you can view it by selecting View > TRACCESS Today from the main menu. How this page is laid out and what you see on this page is dependent on your assigned role(s) and the TRACCESS Today System Settings. You may see one to four panels that may display any of five panels: My Job Summary, Quick Links, TRACCESS News, Qualification Summary, or URL.
Note: Only employees with Learner roles will see the My Job Summary section.
Elements on the window:
Go to TRACCESS button – returns to the main TRACCESS view
Schedule button - opens your Occupational Development Schedule
Critical Tasks – opens the My Job tree to the particular critical Task
Saved Assessments – opens a particular saved assessment, and allows you to continue the assessment.
TRACCESS Tasks Symbol Legend – opens an html document

TRACCESS News
A System Owner determines the content that appears in the Quick Links, TRACCESS News, and URL sections. These settings can be edited by selecting Tools > TRACCESS Today Settings from the main menu. The TRACCESS Today layout is edited by selecting Tools > System Settings > TRACCESS Today.
