When configuring the learning required for everyone in your organization, have you ever asked yourself the question of: This Org Unit is the only one that requires these two tasks. Do I have to make a separate process and a separate Org unit to accommodate for this? Until TRACCESS CI (8.5), the answer was yes. The most frustrating part to this was that it could be done in the TRACCESS 7.x series, so why couldn't it be done now?
TRACCESS CI (8.5) re-introduces Org Unit/ Learner Views. For those people whose learning differs slightly from others' learning, the Operational Administrator/ Supervisor is able to hide/ show tasks for an entire Organization Unit, or an individual Learner.
