Add a Permission Set

1. Select Tools > Role Permissions from the main menu.

The Role Permission Sets dialog appears.

2. Click New.

The New Permission Set dialog appears.

3. Enter a name for the new permission set.
4. (optional) If you have any other language packs installed, enter the translation of the permission set name.
5. Click OK.

The New Permission Set dialog closes, and focus returns to the Role Permission Set dialog, with the new name selected.

6. Select the desired options in the Property, Report and Function Permissions tabs.
7. Click OK.
