Archive Unassigned Employees

Selecting an employee will result in the Employee's personal and completion status information to be archived.  This means that all relevant information to the employee is removed from their current database tables and they are moved to a new location within archive tables.

Archiving employees is a way of removing those employees from view who have left the company without deleting their information.

If you wish to search for a particular employee from a large list, enter a search term, and click Search.  The Unassigned Employees box will be filtered to only include those employees matching the search term.
