Selecting a Task will result in the Task information to be archived. The Task is removed from its current database tables and is moved to a new location within archive tables.
Archiving tasks is a way of removing those unused tasks from view without deleting the information.
If you wish to search for a particular Task from a large list, enter a search term, and click Search. The Unused Tasks box will be filtered to only include those Tasks matching the search term.
