The Edit Match Messages and Edit Do Not Match Messages allow custom error messages to be added to the system based on whether or not the Employee meets the criteria within a Regular Expression. For example, a Regular Expression has been added to force a Task name to have the following structure:
(XXX)~Task Name
where XXX is a three capitalized letter code to indicate a Task's department. If a SME enters a name that does not follow this structure, he may add into the Edit Match Messages dialog:
"The Task Name must be in the following format: (XXX)~Task Name, where XXX indicates the department in which the Task belongs followed by the special character ~".
