From here, you can:
Export the text strings to a spreadsheet (using the export tab)
Select the languages to export - if your installation only contains English, it will be the only language to appear. If your installation contains other currently translated languages, they will also appear. English will always be exported, as a language of reference, however you can choose to deselect other active languages.
Select the columns to export - to facilitate the translation process, each text object has been categorized into a particular area of functionality of TRACCESS. This provides a context in which the text will appear. In some cases, a description has also been provided to assist in the translation of particular text.
Enter a path and file name for the export file- you may also click Browse to navigate to your desired location.
Export - once a path and file name have been entered, click Export to create an excel spreadsheet of all of the text strings that appear in the TRACCESS application.
Import translated text strings (using the original export spreadsheet as a base)
Enter a path and file name for the import file - you may also click Browse to navigate to the desired location.
Import - once a path and file name have been entered, click Import to update the text information within TRACCESS to match the information in the provided spreadsheet.
