From the Historical Record Maintenance dialog, you can:
Activity/ Data Change/ Qualification - click 
to access a Calendar dialog. The dates in this dialog are directly dependent on the dates set in the History Tracking dialog.
The system will not allow you to enter a date that is more recent than the amount of time specified in the History Tracking dialog.
