Although the fish cannot be seen in the application, they are meant to serve as your reminder to ask yourself the following:
Is the Employee to be deleted on the correct side of the dialog?
Have you taken a screen capture of the merge employees dialog, in case one of your settings is changed in error?
Remember, this dialog can be used as a comparison dialog - to show both objects side by side. If you wish to change one of your selections at this point, click Cancel. After clicking OK, you will receive a confirmation message that you wish to proceed. Once you click Yes to that, the merge employees action cannot be undone.
