From this dialog,
Select a role from the drop down list.
The corresponding Permission Sets will be available in the Permission Sets drop down list.
Select a permission set from the drop down list.
The Property Permissions, Report Permissions and Function Permissions are updated to reflect the selected Permission Set.
In the above example, the Operational Administrator role only has one Permission Set, and therefore the parameters of that Permission Set are automatically displayed.
New - creates a new permission set for the selected role, calling up the New Permission Set dialog.
Duplicate - creates a new permission set for the selected role which is an exact duplicate of the current Permission Set, calling up the New Permission Set dialog.
