From this dialog, you can
Create a new Category
In order to facilitate the export process, Tasks can be sorted into Categories, and these categories can subsequently be exported as a set. A person working in a particular area may only with to export specific Tasks, and not the entire database. They would then create a Task Category, and include only those Tasks they wish to see.
Edit a Category
Delete a Category
Add/ Remove Tasks to/ from a Category
