Send a Message
  1. Open the Organization Manager.
  2. Expand the Assigned Organization Units to view an individual Employee (Learner or Management).
  3. Right-click on the Employee and select Send Message.  

The Select Recipients dialog appears.

  1. Check the recipient of the message and click OK.

The To... field is now populated with the recipient's name.

  1. Enter the Subject and Message body fields.
  2. (optional) Check Forward a Copy to Me to have a copy of the message sent to your e-mail as well.
  3. Click Send.

A message will be sent to the address entered in the employee's profile.
