The Process Manager is where you will build and organize your Processes and Tasks. Clicking on the Process Manager heading displays the Process Manager tree and all of the Processes and Process Sets in the tree.
From the Process Manager, you can
create Process Sets, Processes, and Sub Processes
create Tasks or Tasks with levels
add resources
add/create a Knowledge Assessment/ put the Assessment online
add/create a Capability Assessment/ add Experts
An expanded Process in the Process Manager tree displays all of its Sub Processes and Tasks and any management Employees that have access to the Process or Sub Process. You can view individual settings of a selected item in the tree in the Properties view. The Context view will also display any applicable data on the item.
You can access the tools and functions within the tree by selecting any Process item and choosing from the main menu or the right-click menu.
Tip
There are several keystrokes that can be used to navigate the Process Manager tree:
Up Arrow and Down Arrow— moves up or down within the tree
Left Arrow and Right Arrow— expands/ collapses the current selection
<F2> key— places the object in edit mode (Does not apply to read-only fields)
* (star) key— expands all objects under the current object
There is also drag and drop capability for each tree, so that you can move, add, and copy items.
