Title of Report - In the Generate Report dialog, the employee can specify the name of the report.
The template name is entered in the Title field by default, but this information can be changed.
Leaving this field blank will result in an error message. Report results cannot be generated without a title.
The second line is populated with the information from the Sub Title field in the Generate Results dialog. If this field is left blank, the header title will only consist of a single line of text.
The text in the description field appears in the context view of the Reports. The description is the only field that can be changed after the report results have been generated, however this information is not displayed on the report itself.
