From the History Tracking dialog, you can enable/ disable:
Activity History - select which activities are tracked

Start Final Assessment
Start Practice Assessment
Successful Login
Qualification History - enable/ disable the tracking of qualification history. Disabling Qualification History Tracking means that the current state of an Employee's Task is captured and displayed in the Employee's assigned learning (in My Job or the Organization Manager - for a Supervisor), but previous Task states will not be saved.

Activity/ Qualification records can be archived after XX months - the value in these fields directly impacts what is displayed in the Historical Record Maintenance dialog.
For example, entering 12 months in the Activity field means that Activity records must remain in the system for this period of time. After this time, accessing the Historical Record Maintenance dialog and clicking OK will delete records such as every time an employee opens a resource, takes a Practice Assessment, takes a final Assessment, etc. In other words, all activities over 1 year old will be deleted to control the size of the database.
