In TRACCESS, where you choose to create an Employee will determine the types of roles you can assign them. For example, if you create an Employee under the Learners heading then that Employee will only have Learner access. If you create an Employee under a Management heading in a Unit, then you have a choice of Management permission roles to grant them. If you wish to create a System Owner, then you must create the Employee in the System Owner tree.
Please Note: You can add and remove roles for an Employee later, once the Employee has been created.
Important: An Employee (Learner or Management) must be created (using the above steps) before they can be assigned a role for a Process.
