Set Task Priority
To Set Task Priority for an Organization Unit and a Sub Process
- Open the Organization Manager.
- Select the Organization Unit.
The Organization Unit context view appears on the right.
- In the context view, select the Assigned Learning tab.
- Select a Process to view it at the bottom of the context view.
- Click on the "+" next to a Process name.
- Right-click on a Sub Process and select Set Priority (or highlight the Sub Process and select Home > Set Priority from the Ribbon).
The Set Priority dialog appears.
- Select the employees and the tasks to set as high priority.
- Select the High radio button.
- Click OK.
When viewing an entire Organization Unit, you will never be able to see status information of its members. The tasks will always appear white. Selecting an individual employee whose tasks you have just set as high priority will display the tasks as underlined in red.
To Set Task Priority for an Organization Unit and a Task
- Open the Organization Manager.
- Select the Organization Unit.

- Select an employee.

- Right-click on a Sub Process and select Set Priority (or highlight the Sub Process and select Home > Set Priority from the Ribbon).

- Select the tasks to set as high priority.

- Click OK.
When viewing an employee, the task you have just set as high priority appears underlined in red.
