The Modify Image Lists function allows you to customize most graphics in TRACCESS CIāthis includes small and larger icons, general images, as well as graphics that can be changed to more adequately represent your organization. Permission to make these changes are reserved to the System Owner.
Note about changing images: Changing the look of some of these graphics can have a significant effect on the functionality of the application, so be careful in the changes that you make. These changes can make the program unrecognizable; furthermore, they will not be reflected in the help files, making the help confusing and/or not useful for you and your employees. There is no function to reset the images back to the defaults, so use caution, when making any changes.
If you are unsure about changing a graphic, it is recommended that you first save the current icon to your computer. In the Modify Image Lists dialog, each tab has a save function that allows you to save any icon to your computer before making any changes.
The Modify Image Lists dialog contains three tabs, each with a particular list of images:
Master Business Object List: Contains most of the small icons (16 x 16 pixels) in the application.
Employee Task State Image List: Contains the larger Employee State icons (24 x 24 pixels) that are displayed in the context view.
General Image Resources: Contains general icons and images (various sizes) used in the application. (The Login Background, Blank Employee Picture, and report Custom Image (left and right) can be safely changed to reflect the image of your organization, yet not affect the functionality of the application.)
