Just as you plan and create Organization Units around common learning objectives, so do you plan and create your company's learning Processes. TRACCESS provides you with an inheritance tree structure, so that you can cascade learning downstream in your tree.

When you are planning your company's learning structure, organize learning Tasks into Processes based on their commonality. They can then be assigned to Units who share the need to learn those Processes.
