When an individual Task is selected in the tree, the context view displays all of the different properties of the Task.
Task Status Icon and Task Name
Description
Status - this box will only show the properties that apply to the particular Task. For example, if a Task only contains a Knowledge component, the Capability information would not appear.
Tabs
Resources - all of the resources that are assigned to the Task are listed here. This is the default tab that is displayed.
Task Notes - this tab only appears if there is a note attached to the Task. The note is for information purposes only.
Training Information - this tab only appears if there is/are training information values attached to the Task. The tab is for information purposes only.
Context View Buttons
Launch SCORM Resource
- clicking this button opens a dialog which allows you to launch the SCORM
resource in one of two ways: in Review mode (does
not record any attempts at the final assessment which is similar to taking
a Practice Assessment) or in Credit mode (records each time the resource
is opened as an attempt at completing the resource which is similar to
taking a Final Assessment).
Right-clicking on the Task in the tree gives the same options as the Context View buttons.
