When you are planning your learning with TRACCESS CI, you will need to organize your Employees into learning Units using the Organization Manager tree. Ultimately, the Organization Units that you create in TRACCESS will be based on their shared assigned learning.
The Organization Manager tree not only allows you to replicate your company organization structure in the Organization Manager tree, but it also gives you the ability to create Units of Employees with common learning needs outside of a company hierarchy.
