Employees have access to their learning Processes through the Organization Units that they belong to.
In TRACCESS you can custom-build these structures and match Organization Units to Processes.

(Processes cannot be assigned directly to an employee.)
You can create, modify and view Employees and the Organization Units they belong to in the Organization Manager.
