From this dialog:
For each action on the left, ensure that the employee can complete the action items to your satisfaction. Once the action items have been completed, enter your name and click Date to open a Calendar dialog. Select a Date and click OK.
Note:If you have been assigned to sign off the assessment for someone else, you will see an "Assessed by" option in the upper right corner—this will only appear if you have been given permission. This option allows you to choose an assessor's name. To learn more, visit Select an Assessor Name.
(optional) If you wish to enter any comments concerning any action or action item completed by the employee, enter them into the Comments field.
To complete one action, without completing the entire assessment, click Save and Close.
Each action could be completed by a different assessor. The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating this outside of TRACCESS CI.
To complete the Capability Assessment, ensure that all Expert and Qualification Date fields have been populated, and click Submit Pass or Submit Fail.
Depending on the Sign Off Requirement that was set in the Capability Assessment (Process Manager), you may be required to ask a Capability Assessment expert to enter their Employee ID and password to save the results to the database.
