This dialog is accessed by clicking the Add/ Remove button in the Tools > System Options > Global Toolbar tab, or the Add/ Remove button in the Toolbar Editor. If you wish for everyone in your database to have access to certain TRACCESS functions, they can be selected from this dialog.
