When an employee is selected from an Org Unit in the Organization Manager, the Assignment Details tab displays the employee's assigned processes in a screen split into Required Learning and Optional Learning. Learning can be assigned at any Org Unit level, so the Assignment Details tab help you to see where a particular process stems from.
Below you can see how the processes are broken down for an employee who belongs to each of the mentioned Org Units for both Required Learning and Optional Learning:
Required Learning
Corporate Policies is a process assigned to everyone in Universal Enterprise (main company).
HSE (Basic) is a process assigned to everyone in the Health, Safety and Environmental Organization Unit.
Operations Policies is a process assigned to everyone in the Operations Organization Unit.
Optional Learning
General Safety is a process assigned as Optional Learning in Universal Enterprises (main company).
This employee belongs to the Org Units listed (Health, Safety, Environment and Operations).
