Set Priority - this option is available at the Process Set, Process, and Task levels. This means that, for an entire Organization Unit at a time, an Operational Administrator/ Supervisor can set the priority of tasks to normal or high.
Set Qualification Dates - this option is available at the Process Set, Process and Task levels. This means that, for an entire Organization Unit at a time, an Operational Administrator/ Supervisor can set the completion dates for both the Knowledge and Capability at once.
