Click the Assign Learning button under Required Learning or Optional Learning. The corresponding dialog will appear. Here you can choose to assign either a Process Set or a Process to the selected Organization Unit.
Processes appearing in grey mean that this learning has already been assigned higher in the hierarchy, and therefore do not need to be selected again.
Once you have assigned all of the learning required for this organization unit, you can also view what other learning this organization unit has, and from where it has been assigned.
