Generated by Name - The person who is currently logged into TRACCESS CI when the report is being generated, not the person who created the original report template.

GMT Offset M - This is the Greenwich Mean Time Minutes, that appears on the footer of some reports.

In the New Custom Report Options, you will notice that the Please select property to pass as LearnerID parameter to report is enabled. The selections available here are:

Email Address - this value is also often assigned at the company level, and is likely unique per Employee.
Employee ID - this is the login ID that a particular Employee will use to enter TRACCESS CI. This value is not likely used in data sources outside of TRACCESS, and should therefore not be used as the match parameter when connecting to another data source.

If you are creating a report that is mining the TRACCESS or Data Warehouse tables, this ID can be used as a match parameter. If you are connecting to an external data source, this ID cannot be obtained from the TRACCESS User Interface, and should not be used as a match parameter for hybrid reports.

When paired with the Assigned Learning parameter, the Learning page may be populated with less information than it would had you only selected the Assigned Learning for a particular Learner.
