Add an ASSESS Knowledge Assessment

To add an ASSESS Knowledge Assessment to Tasks or Competence Levels
  1. Open the Process Manager.
  2. Right-click on the Task or Competence Level and select Add ASSESS Knowledge Assessment.

A new ASSESS Knowledge Assessment node appears under the Task.

TRACCESS CI not only has an internal Knowledge Assessment editor, but also has the ability to integrate with a third party assessment editor (TRACCESS Assess powered by Perception QuestionMark).

  1. Highlight the ASSESS Knowledge Assessment in the tree.
  2. In the Properties section, in the URL field, enter the location of the session dll.

For example:   http://<your domain name>/q4/session.dll

  1. In the Practice Assessment ID field, enter the Assessment ID from ASSESS CI.
  2. In the Final Assessment ID field, enter the Assessment ID from ASSESS CI.
To put an Assessment online
  1. Open the Process Manager.
  2. Ensure that there is at least one "Possible" question for both Practice and Final Assessments.
  3. Highlight the Task in the tree.
  4. In the Properties section, set the Has Knowledge Assessment field to Yes.
  5. Highlight the Knowledge Assessment.
  6. In the Properties section, set the Online field to Yes.
